Beverly L. Kirby

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, and now Executive Director of TeamABA, Beverly Kirby fulfilled a vision is to use the science of behavior analysis to improve lives, serving athletes and teams, providing professional training to people struggling with their overall mental and physical health, and working with small to midsize businesses to boost productivity, safely and efficiently.

Such worthy and ambitious goals are attainable because Beverly has been preparing for it all her life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and began her career in the Neurobehavioral Unit at the prestigious Kennedy Krieger research hub. She later earned her Master of Science degree in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University. Her deep entrepreneurial roots were initially showcased in establishing the acclaimed S.P.A.R.K.S. Group (Successfully Providing Autism Resources and Knowledge Services) the premier applied behavior analysis service provider in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Kirk Kirby

It has been the mission of Kirk Kirby to incorporate the science of human behavior to help change the world. As the co-founder of TeamABA, Kirk has taken that mission to the forefront to create one of the most unique companies in the world.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Virginia Union University, MA in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a graduate certificate in Sports Psychology and Performance from Ashworth College. He is seeking a Doctorate degree in Sports Psychology and it is his hope to become the first Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Sports Psychologist. The proud native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania started his career in behavior analysis over a decade ago by co-founding the Washington DC metropolitan area based S.P.A.R.K.S. Group.

Kirk has coached all levels of athletes in football, basketball, and baseball for over twenty five years. His passion for sports, behavior analysis, diversity in the field, research, and program opportunities for Historically Black Colleges and Universities has the driven entrepreneur traveling all over the country disseminating the science to all.

Dr. Natalie Parks’ focus is in Organizational Behavior Management, (OBM), Sports Behavior Analytics (SBA), and the application of behavior analysis to leadership, performance management, classroom management, and business development, from start-ups to mature organizations.

Dr. Parks boasts a rich academic background; earning a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Missouri. As a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), Licensed Behavior Analyst, and a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Parks is also an adjunct faculty member at the Chicago School for Professional Psychology and St. Louis University masters and doctoral programs. She also is the founder of Behavior Leader, one of leading Organizational Behavior Management consulting firms. She and her colleagues specialize in applying behavior analysis in training police and fire departments, as well as, government and private agencies around the country.

Earning both a Bachelor of Science and then a Master of Science degrees at the University of North Texas, he co-founded Behaviorist Uniting for Health & Fitness, (BUHF) an innovative research lab during his final graduate year under the guidance of Dr. Jon Pinkston. He further supplemented his formal training to become a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, creating and managing teams that provide a broad range of services throughout Texas.

Dr. Richard M. Kubina Jr.

Dr. Richard Kubina is a Professor of Special Education at The Pennsylvania State University where he teaches courses on methods for teaching reading, behavior analysis, and experimental design. Dr. Kubina graduated from Youngstown State University where he had Steve Graf as an advisor and then received a Masters and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University under John Cooper.

Dr. Kubina conducts wide-ranging research in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, Precision Teaching and Sports Behavior Analytics. His literary contributions include authoring two books on Precision Teaching methods and has served as the editor of the Journal of Precision Teaching and Celeration. Dr. Kubina has dedicated his professional career to helping professionals such as, surgeons, teachers, and professional sports player development personnel, effectively improve performance though the precise measurement of human behavior.

Dr. Mark Wilkerson’s educational credentials reveal an extraordinary commitment to higher education spanning four states and nearly two decades. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Special Education from New Jersey City University, a second Masters in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University, and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from The Ohio State University. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, a licensed School and Certified Teacher of the Disabled in New Jersey.

Mark played football collegiately and has earned a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and coaches wrestling and football for TeamABA.

Abril Balony-Sutherland, Esq

Abril Baloney Sutherland is a travel and education enthusiast. Born and raised in New Orleans, she enjoys diverse and rich cultures. Her interest and curiosity in international education and programming began decades ago. She finished her degree in International Studies at the University of Richmond concentrating in Politics of Latin America and Caribbean and interned in Venezuela during a pivotal political period, as a Public Policy & International Affairs Fellow (PPIA). Later, as a law student concentrating in International Law, she studied comparative civil law in Mexico, and later Law of European Union in Spain, before earning her Juris Doctorate degree.

Michaela Brown-Jones

For Michaela Brown-Jones, an inside-out approach to fitness is the key to happiness. With a few added doses of creativity and a lot of energy, this New York City native has inspired many to live a more health centric lifestyle revolving around diet, exercise, and self-love. Michaela graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government, minoring in Japanese and Inter-Arts and was the first African American to play Field Hockey Georgetown. As a captain, she led her team to the NCAA postseason twice and a national ranking.

Michaela holds certifications as a personal trainer from NASM-CPT, AFAA, and is a certified Barre Instructor, Advanced Bodypump Instructor, Pro Skills ZUMBA Instructor, and TRX. She stays busy as the Regional Group Fitness Director at VIDA, managing the company’s 3 largest group fitness departments, and the owner of Mi Fitness, an internet based fitness company. We are so privileged to have her as a part of our team of advisors.

Kea Windsor’s journey with gymnastics started when she was younger competing in the sport. She began coaching at the age of 16 and has coached gymnastics for 10 years with athletes from the ages of 2 up to 12 years old, from recreational gymnastics level up to the junior Olympic level 5.

Kea has always had a passion for working with children and a love for gymnastics. Before entering the field of applied behavior analysis, she was a teacher at a private school in which that experience opened her eyes to the world of ABA. She immediately enrolled in an Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is now a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst.

TeamABA is thrilled to have Lauren Kline join our team as the Sports Behavior Analyst Program Manager for Soccer and Nutrition. Lauren attended Santa Clara University and was a member of the NCAA Division I women’s soccer program. She has coaching experience at the youth, high school, and college level in California and Arizona.

Chauntae Gold is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than five years of professional experience working directly with clients who struggled with behavioral challenges. She has a Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification and more than seven years of personal experience in various athletic sports such as, bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit.

Chauntae’s goal is to empower others by helping them build the foundational skills needed to achieve long-term health and fitness goals using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has a B.S. in Sociology from San Francisco State University, and a Master degree in Education from Arizona State University.

Dr. Christine Hoffner-Barthold

Dr. Christine Hoffner-Barthold, BCBA-D, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D™), Personal Trainer, and Health Coach.  She received her BA in Psychology from Moravian College, a M.Ed. in Special Education from Temple University, and a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Maryland, College Park.  She is also the current Academic Program Coordinator of the Applied Behavior Analysis program at George Mason University.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and a Second Degree Black Belt in Karate, Christine has a passion for helping people to be their best selves. She has experience in many areas of ABA, including working with individuals with disabilities and their families, staff training, trauma-informed interventions, workplace wellness, and increasing organizational efficacy. One of Chris’s main focus is the application of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). The program is designed to help individuals explore their more negative beliefs about training and how those beliefs might hold them back.

Zakee is a towering figure on and off the field. The former Defensive End and Middle Linebacker who played his college ball at Christopher Newport News and Norfolk State University is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who hails from Newark, NJ. He grew in the field of behavior analysis under the watchful eyes of Kirk and Beverly Kirby as a Register Behavior Technician with The S.P.A.R.K.S. Group specializing in direct therapy with children diagnosed with Autism. Zakee obtained his degree in Sociology and later earned his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.

Zakee continues his amazing work with special needs learners, as well as, working on completing his post-doctoral in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University.

David Stronach played collegiately at Wesley College as a shooting guard and received my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. David is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field of mental health to help people of all ages and abilities reach their goals for 10+ years.

The founder of ABA in Motion that operates in the San Diego metropolitan area, David uses his knowledge of behavior science, his experience as a former NCAA basketball player, and his winning personality to connect with all of our athletes in a warm and genuine way.

Sheryl Eaglin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to TeamABA. Sheryl played volleyball collegiately at Xavier University of Louisiana excelling as a star on the court as well as in the classroom. She went on to obtain her Master of Science degree in Sport Science, Sports Medicine from the US Sports Academy and then earned her Masters of Education in Athletic Administration from the University of New Orleans.

AJ Rodrigue is a firm believer in simply MOVING – in any way or form. AJ has been a lifelong athlete, from basketball as a five-year-old, track and field in college and now general fitness and strength training as an adult. For the past 11 years, AJ has been part of the Crossfit community – competing in several competitions and coaching adults and kids as a Level 2 trainer for 10 of those years. Using behavior analysis in the fitness community motived AJ to continue serving others in the most crucial part of health and well-being – nutrition. AJ is currently finishing her coursework to obtain her L1 with Precision Nutrition.

AJ’s journey with behavior analysis began 14 years ago when working in-home with a family with a child with autism. Since then, AJ obtained a bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from Loyola University New Orleans and went on to graduate from University of Houston Clear Lake with a masters in behavior analysis. AJ is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst in Houston, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and husband and researching and presenting nationally on the maternal mental health of professional women.

Amanda Muse

Certified Nutritionist

Amanda Muse is a Licensed Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Nutrition Coach in the Greater Boston area.  She has 12 years of experience working in the field of behavior analysis and over 4 years of sharing her experience in the fitness and nutrition space.

Amanda was a three-season athlete throughout all four years in high school, with her primary passion being lacrosse.  Taking a break from organized sports from high school through early adulthood, in 2012 she decided to re-introduce herself to the camaraderie that she once loved in being a part of a team. She ventured into her local CrossFit box for an intro class and found a brand new love for Olympic lifting.  Amanda has a strong passion for promoting sustainable habit-building and helping others achieve lifelong success around their health and wellness.

Amanda graduated from Simmons College in Boston, MA with her Masters in Severe Special Needs and later became certified and licensed as a behavior analyst.

Sarah “Scho” Schoenhagen

Volleyball-Northern Region 

“Scho” as she is affectionately called, played DIII collegiate volleyball at Hiram College. During her time there she earned multiple NCAC all-conference honors, a NCAC conference championship, 3-NCAA tournament appearances, team captain and team MVP. She has 16 years of coaching experience at the middle school, high school and club (JO) levels in Ohio and Kentucky. Sarah received her B.A. in Neuroscience at Hiram College, and her Master’s Degree in Psychology at Morehead State University.

Sarah is a lead case supervisor & board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) working at an autism center at a children’s hospital in Ohio, providing services in-clinic, in-home, and in other community settings and also has past experience working in residential and school settings.

Scho loves being an advocate and an agent of empowerment for her clients & athletes, while also providing training & fundamentals needed to be successful. We are truly excited to have her be a part of TeamABA, and get opportunity to blend her passions of volleyball and ABA onto a court.

Josh Wilkinson graduated with his Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Gonzaga University, in 2019 he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Hawaii and Washington State.  Josh is currently an American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) level 2 certified coach. Josh has worked with clients in a variety of settings including schools, clinics, and group homes.\

Josh is excited to combine his love for sports and coaching with behavior analysis, and sees the advantage that TeamABA can bring to the sports world.

Caitlin Weis

Caitlin Weis is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has been in the nutrition field for the past 8 years. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology, she went back to school to study dietetics. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition.

She completed her Dietetic Internship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System and spent 3 years there as a Clinical Dietitian specializing in general medicine, cardiovascular health, and nutrition support in the intensive care unit. Caitlin has counseled hundreds of clients and offers one-on-one personalized nutrition coaching. She enjoys counseling clients to become confident in their food choices all while meeting their nutrition goals.

Caitlin lives in Richmond, VA with her husband and when she’s not teaching all things nutrition, she loves cooking, creating new recipes, practicing yoga, hiking, and traveling.

Edward Poindexter is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of clinical practice and 8 years in private practice as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Primary Care Services Family Practice serving the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Edward is a Fellow in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) comprised of nationally recognized Nurse Practitioner leaders who have made outstanding contributions to health policy, clinical practice or research.

Of the over 116,000 members of AANP there are only 874 Fellows. He led a National Patient and Family Engagement initiative for 26 Hospital Networks and over 4,000 hospitals nationwide where under his leadership the Patient and Family Engagement National Network increased from 75 to over 200 network participants, representing 25,259 core members; 194,846 extended members; and 230,715 contacts.

Mason earned his M.A. from Webster University in Management & Leadership, and his B.S. from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in Fire Service Management.

Mason specializes in coaching, content/curriculum development, leadership training and consultative strategies. With more than 15 plus years of coaching experience and a unique perspective and understanding of behavioral science, Mason is a valued member of our TeamABA family.

TeamABA is proud to have the talent and experience of Monika Roberts on our elite team. Monika is a former Big East Conference basketball player at Providence College in Rhode Island where she competed against the best players in the world. She played professionally in European leagues in countries such as Turkey, Greece and Poland for six years. Monika has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Sport Administration and Management.

Monika is the owner/founder of Triple D Athletics in Houston, TX and is a member of the National Coaches Registry and the Positive Coaching Alliance where she enjoyed experiences coaching at The Basketball Embassy and partnered with World Learning for a cultural exchange program in Tunisia.

Stuart Mullins

Stu Mullins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 7 years of professional experience working as a school and agency based behavior consultant. Stu has consulted and trained with state agencies and implemented state-wide initiatives.  Stu played college basketball and for 15 years has been a high school basketball coach, including the last 6 years as head coach. He won the Wyoming 3A State Championship in 2017 and 2019.

Stu has utilized the principles of behavior analysis and organizational behavior management in building a sports program. Stu’s research interests include applying behavior analysis in sports and organizations, Acceptance and Commitment therapy for coaches and players, bullying prevention and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support in agencies and schools.

Stu resides in Lander, Wyoming with his wife and two sons.

Michael Askew’s pedigree speaks for itself. Michael was a star basketball player at Virginia State University earning 3 straight selections to the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) all-conference team, all conference tournament team selection, and achieved 1,000+ points in a career caped off with his induction into the VSU Sports Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018.

After his stellar career at VSU, which allowed him to earn his degree in Sports Management, Michael went on to have a short stint with the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and finished up playing professionally in Mexico. Michael holds both a USA Gold Basketball certification and is a certified strength and conditioning coach through International Sports Science Association (ISSA).

Michael is the founder of Team Askew, a Northern Virginia based 501c 3 nonprofit youth basketball organization with a mission to function a model youth basketball

Chris Leader hails from Glen Dale, MD and graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Management. At Towson, Chris was a member of the Division I soccer program where he was a midfielder.

Chris is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a specialty in cardiovascular conditioning, functional movement Hypertrophy, and weight loss. In his spare time, Chris enjoys weight training, boxing, swimming, and playing soccer.

Chadwic is one of the most well rounded coaches we have at TeamABA. Originally from New York City, Chadwic graduated from Washington Adventist University with a degree in Physical Education and Coaching. He serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at the German School in Washington DC.

Chadwic competed for WAU’s tumbling squad and continues to coach and mentor athletes in the sport. As a Certified Personal Trainer, he works with a wide range of people utilizing his vast knowledge in sports performance, fitness, and health.

Godswill Chigbu comes to TeamABA with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The native of Bowie, MD graduated from Washington Adventist University with a duel degree in Biology and Health Science. While at WAU he was a member of the Acro-Airs gymnastics/acrobatics team as a tumbler and a base on the team.

Godswill’s passion for fitness shows in everyone he trains. As a trainer, he holds certifications with NASM in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise. Godswill knowledge of the science of fitness and exercise, coupled with his growing knowledge of human behavior, makes him an outstanding fitness professional.

Taylor Williams

Strength and Conditioning, Group/Personal Fitness Training & Track

Taylor Williams has had a passion for health and fitness her entire life. In 2011, she created her own platform as a USA National Miss Maryland 2018 and Miss Chesapeake Bay 2019 pageant titleholder called “Living a Healthy and Active Lifestyle,” to promote the importance of healthy living among families, especially the youth. Through her advocacy she hopes to help combat the childhood obesity epidemic and is currently publishing two children’s books to further promote its importance.

Taylor was an accomplished NCAA sprinter at Division I George Mason University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Dance Appreciation. In December of 2020, she earned her master’s degree in Special Education with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, while serving as a behavior technician. She will soon be certified as a NASM-GFI, AFAA and hopes to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Carli was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. While playing on both her high school and travel soccer team as a midfielder, Carli continued her career at Eastern Mennonite freshman year. Returning to Montgomery College, she took over Soccer club for a year. In 2017, she graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Marketing.

Carli has always enjoyed coaching young athletes as she began coaching in high school as an assistant coach. Throughout her college years, she has worked with different facilities getting experience and being around the game she grew up with. Carli believes that when it comes to coaching, each athlete is different but what brings us together is the love of the game.

She enjoys walks with her dog Baxter, photography, soccer, anything art related, & reading any good thriller.

Brandon Nguyen

Basketball – DMV  

Brandon is from the Montgomery County area of Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2017. Prior to joining TeamABA, Brandon worked as a physical therapy technician for 3 years. Brandon didn’t continue his education in physical therapy, but his 3 years as a technician gave him basic knowledge of human anatomy.

Brandon started playing basketball at the age of 8. While he had success with the game initially, Brandon struggled to develop his skills as a basketball player during his teenage years. But as an assistant coach, this weakness became a strength because he understands how frustrating the skill development process can be. He relates to players who are struggling with the process he struggled with himself.

In high school, Brandon was a member of the varsity tennis team for two years. Brandon’s training in tennis revealed the deficiencies he had in his basketball training. Knowing what he did wrong in the past, Brandon is now able to help athletes avoid those same pitfalls.

Cristal started playing at 14 and did four years at WAU. Her main position is being a setter but have played Libero in the past. She was Captain four years at WAU and have won the following awards:
• USCAA All American Award: Washington Adventist University 2018
• 2018 Volleyball Champion: Washington Adventist University 2017-18
• Most Valued Player: Washington Adventist University 2017-18
• Coaches Award: Washington Adventist University 2016-17

Colleen Suzio 1

Colleen Suzio

Colleen Suzio is currently a third-year doctoral student at Endicott College in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. She graduated from the University of Saint Joseph in 2014 with a Master of Science in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. She became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. She currently works for an organization providing school consultation to school teams and to individuals with complex learning profiles. She has presented at several behavior analytic conferences across the U.S.  Professionally, Colleen has a passion for pursing research in sports, health, and fitness in addition to compassionate care and cultural competence and humility. Personally, she enjoys hiking and being outdoors as much as possible as well as spending time with her family, friends, and puppy.

K. Danee Brumfield

Danee is a highly enthusiastic professional with a passion for education and training and a solid background in Behavior Analysis. As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, Danee continues to work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders while training others in her passion; health and fitness within ABA. Danee holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Child Development from Southern University A & M College, and did her BCaBA coursework at The University of West Florida. Outside of working with children, she enjoys running, yoga and wine with friends. Her favorite pastime of all is hiking; for the love of nature and a great view.

Katita Boyd

Katita Boyd whole-heartedly believes in paying it forward as well as a strong commitment to assisting others. Her career began 20 years ago within a special education classroom setting by assisting teachers in developing protocols to balance classroom behaviors through the use of strategies such as token economies and positive reinforcement.

Her formal journey with behavior analysis started with her seeking services for her child that was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder. Her passion for the continuation of her knowledge for the field led her to become a behavior tech, which advanced to pursuing her credential registered behavior technician. During her time as an RBT, she has used her personal knowledge of ASD and behaviors and combined it with her experience and formal education to assist families in improving their overall life.

Katita completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. As a cheer coach for 20 years prior to her entering the field of behavior analysis, she utilized techniques such positive reinforcement, shaping, modeling, chaining, and task analysis during her coaching sessions. For this reason, she is dedicated to strengthening this knowledge within the field and building awareness of its importance.

Engie Martin Team Aba

Assistant Training and Supervision Coordinator | MPEd, BCBA, RYT200

Engie Martin

Engie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200), and Integrative Health Coach. Engie has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Western Ontario and has experience providing direct ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. While in supervised practice, she began providing health coaching services in 2020 rooted in the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). As a mother of two young children, she has found ACT to be beneficial in parenting, relationships, and self-care. Engie started her fitness journey in 2013 by doing video workouts at home, which developed into an interest in weight lifting and strength training. She enjoys yoga, kickboxing, bubble tea, riding bikes and taking walks on trails, and kayaking.

Eugene Lindsay 1

Eugene Lindsay

Eugene Lindsay comes to TeamABA hailing from Landover MD.  While in high school, Eugene was a decelerated offensive tackle on his football team, earning numerous conference and regional awards, culminated with earning 2nd Team All-State honors as a senior at Bowie High School. Eugene accepted invitations to the Nike training and Adidas superstar prospect camp where he had the chance to work with NFL superstars, Trent Williams Ndamukong Suh and more.

Eugene continued his playing career at Virginia union University as a Right Offensive Tackle blocking for future NFL players like William Stanback.  While at Virginia he joined the honors society and was the epitome of a student athlete as a member of the Dean’s List and the Omega Psi Phi fraternity Incorporated. Eugene graduated from Virginia Union University in 2020, obtaining his degree in entrepreneur management with a focus in marketing. His dream is to one day be a marketing executive.

Human Resources/Operations Manager | BSHA

LaTasha Whitehead

With over twenty years of experience as a Human Resources Professional and a BS degree in Health Administration, LaTasha has a vast knowledge of all things HR related. During her journey as an HR professional, she has worked within the private and government sectors as well as the health care industry. LaTasha is most proud of the last twelve years of her HR journey in the health care field. Her HR health care experience ranges from skilled nursing facilities, geriatric home health and assisted living care, pediatric ABA services and ambulatory care services for active and retired military service men and women. Nicknamed “The Culture Queen” during one of her previous positions, LaTasha believes that employee engagement is the key to being a great HR professional. She strongly believes when employees feel valued, especially within a health care setting, the employees can focus on what is most important, quality patient/client outcomes.

When LaTasha is not wearing her “Culture Queen” crown, she is cheering her thirteen-year-old daughter on, who is a Principal honor roll student-athlete. Also becoming an avid stock option day trader within the last year, LaTasha hopes to one day add “Stock Option Queen” to the list of her royal titles!
