Capacity: 6 Athletes | Level: Beginner
Beginner athletes will be introduced to the fundamentals of the game. Sessions will have a personal feel as trainers will provide individual feedback, review video, and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by sports behavior analysis.

Foundational athletes will focus on the fundamentals to improve their overall skills. Sessions take the next step while still having a personal feel as trainers will provide individual feedback, review video, and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by sports behavior analysis.
Capacity: 6 Athletes | Level: Advanced
Ready for next level training? Highly skilled athletes will focus on advancing their skills that translate to collegiate or pro level competition and preparation. Breaking down the mechanics of complex movements along with accelerating competition awareness and IQ. Sessions will include game simulation and contingencies paired with state of the art data collection and analysis.
Strength & Conditioning Training
Capacity: 6 Athletes | Level: Intermediate to Advance
To gain that extra advantage over the competition, athletes will supplement their skills training with a sport specific strength, conditioning, speed, agility and explosive training program grounded in sports behavior analysis. Trainers will provide corrective feedback and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by sports behavior analysis.
