Our fitness behavior trainers will guide you through circuit, high intensity interval, and strength training while providing positive reinforcement and feedback that will have you looking and feeling your best!
Total Weight Loss
Capacity: 5 per class
Step up your game by taking your health journey to the next level. You will get 12 classes a month with data collection on your personalized fitness goals to show your progress. You will receive weekly weigh ins and monthly BMI and body measurements readings as well as ongoing support from your lead trainer.
Total Health Transformation
Capacity: 5 per class
This package puts the TEAM in TeamABA. You will get 12 classes a month with our energized fitness behavior trainers, data collection on all of your pinpointed fitness goals, weekly and monthly weigh ins and measurement readings, but will also receive personal consultation with our board certified behavior and personal training analyst that will guide you through you complete health transformation by focusing on the all the desired behaviors that will accelerate results and keep you on track and motivated.
50 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
